I've subscribed to PS and LR for years now they say I'm not superscribed

What happen? I tried to use LR today and it says that my trial sub. has expired. Say what? How do I get my account active again?

We are not Adobe, we are just Lightroom Classic users in this forum. We cannot address subscription problems. You have to contact Adobe directly.
