Identity Plate disappearance.

Hey guys, I'm trying to add bullet points in LRC using the identity plate. 
ive types out my bulleted text in Google Docs and copied and pasted the text to the identity plate. 
All went well for the first 4 images but now, I can't seem to get the plate to resize. 
The dotted outline box is no longer there with any text when I paste. 
This started on image #5 of 12 that I need to complete. 
somebody please tell me how to get the identity box to show back up on the image.

Are you asking about LrC or Lr Cloud based program.

The Identity plate in LrC is this.

So I ahve no idea of what you are writing about.
