Import issue - 10.1.1 - 13.1

I am attempting to import raw files from a Z6 into a new catalog and cannot.  I can see the images in the import area, they are NOT grayed out, I select them all and hit import.  LR brings up the little progress bar at the top left and then the bar disappears and nothing happens.  Nothing is imported.

HELP!  I tried to import the other day straight from my camera and nothing happened so I figured it was something I was doing wrong (new camera) and today I am attempting from my card reader and again, nothing.

Just wanted to add that I have attempted an entire folder of images and just a single image - nothing is importing.

Check your Destination folder in the Destination panel- Is it a valid folder location?

Does the Destination location have full Read/Write permissions?

Are you using the 'Copy' option, above the import window?

Any error messages?

How do you know "Nothing is imported."?

Do you see any photos in the Grid when you select the [Previous Import] list in the Catalog panel?

Can you import other photos from other cameras?
