Hi everybody,

I'm new in the community but I would like to ask for someone help.

Using Lightroom Classic (latest version 10 installed) every few seconds the import window opens even when not requested.
Both cancelling the operation or closing it, after a while it reopens. This is not allowing me to work any picture and makes LR useless.

Did anyone already experienced this problem? Any idea on where to check/change to avoid this?

It is going on since few weeks and I cannot find any solution so far.

Even using the Cleaner Tool, no way!

Thank you all in advance for any suggestion or help

Ciao

Giovanni

Please check your setting "Show Import Dialog When A Memory Card Is Detected.". You find these option under menu  Edit > Preferences.  On tab General look under Import Options. If these option is activated please try to deactivate it and try again.

Another try is to reset the Lightroom preferences.
