Hi All,

I have been uploading photos from my macbook Pro to Lightroom Classic and sometimes they import ok but other times they appear in quarters (see screenshot). I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix the issue. The issue occurs with different UDMA7 cards and SDXC cards. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. MikeB63.

This could be either a problem with the GPU, or it could be a corrupted file. First try turning off the GPU (Preferences->Performance.->Use Graphics Processor should be set to OFF). If that doesn't help then somehow the image has been corrupted, this is always a hardware malfunction somewhere.
