Install LR on a new computer with two internal drives

My present Desk Top running Windows 10 is being replace by a new Desk Top also running Windows 10 with two internal hard drives. I wish to install my Adobe apps on the first (solid state) and the data (photos) on the second. On my present computer, all my photos are on an external drive. What do I need to do to make this happen and for LR to find the photos?

PS: I am on the subscription plan and use LRC as well as PS.
