Installing LUTs in newest version of Lightroom classic?

In the previous versions, you installed LUT files thru Adobe camera raw.  I don't see that option now in the newest version of photoshop/lightroom.  

 

What are the steps now?

Done through the Profile Browser in Develop.

To build on Thedigitaldog's reply, if you have a .xmp profile containing a LUT already, then use the menu command File > Import Develop Profiles And Presets. 

 

If all you have is a LUT (e.g. a file ending in .cube), then use Camera Raw to make a .xmp profile from that LUT:

Then import that .xmp profile into Lightroom.
