Installing Negative Lab Pro for Lightroom (v2) when using Lightroom Ver 3.0 doesn't work

I have downloaded Adobe Negative Lab Pro for Lightroom (v2)
To finish the installation I’ve got these instructions:

BUT!
I’am using Lightroom Ver 3.0 where the recommended command ‘File -› Plugin Manager’ doesn’t exist

I also tried other methods

they didn't work either

At their website it shows v2 as compatible with LR 6 & Classic.

This cloud-dependent version of Lightroom doesn't support plugins of any kind.

 

To use plugins, you need Lightroom Classic which has many more features than the cloudy program.
