Invoking Topaz Plugins in Batch Mode

I have Lighroom Classic 10.1, along with Topaz DeNoise, Gigapixel and Sharpen. I have no problem invoking any of the Topaz plugins from within LR. However, when I select multiple photos, with the hope of invoking the Topaz plugins in batch mode, it doesn't work. I select all the photos I want, click photo > edit in > DeNoise AI, and I can see LR deselcting all but the first of the photos before passing that one photo off to Topaz. All the Topaz support says this should work. Any advice? Thanks.

Has this ever worked or is this the first time you've  tried it. What happens if  you  try it with just two images?
