Show us a screen capture, by using the "insert photos" icon. Do not attach a file with the screen capture.

What is your operating system version NUMBER?

Do other files (from other cameras) import properly?

Did you have v10.1? or did you go from v10.0?

You may want to roll back to v10.0.

V10.1 very buggy for multiple MACOS

v10.1.1 did not resolve

System:

Lightroom Classic-Version: 10.1.1

MacOS Big Sur 11.1

On my Windows-Computer no files of the M8 where detectet whatsoever since any Lightroom-Version.

Any files from my sonys getting detected an can be imported.

DNG from the M8 are there for selection, but do not upload.

First odd issue /bug to look at

Over on the right, Destination. Select a proper destination. Just assume something went wrong in destination.

(I see that you are copying, but this would even be true if you select Add)

Second possible issue, Are you trying to import from the camera, perhaps from card in camera? Are you looking for it under Device?

Adobe is not so friendly with that. How about using a card reader, then find it under Files.

Quite interresting that in the former Versions it worked properly.

Thanks for the support!
