JPGs imported alongside RAW even when preferences are the opposite

Hello,

I've had an issue with importing, which doesn't happen all the time. But even though in the preferences I have the box unchecked for treating JPG and RAW as separate files, i'm still getting JPg files added to my library alongside the RAW. Anyone else have this issue, or know how to fix it?

I've seen a couple other reports about this with no definitive resolution.  Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior.
