Just want to upload a gallery of photos from Lightroom Classic

(First, all the how-tos I looked at are outdated. No little plus sign anywhere. Nahhh)

I created a gallery. That was easy.

It was easy to export it to my desktop.

I wanted to upload it but kept getting a message about the ftp server being empty.

I did upload it to creative cloud, tho it doesn't show up there.

Is there any simple way to uploat about fifty photos at once to a web page I can offer a link to??????

I've got a terrific little weebly account but photos have to be uploaded one by one.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Past that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

So people don't have to download the image you have attached to your post please Edit your post to remove the Attached screen shot and Include it in the body of the text of your post.

You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos" icon in the tool bar at the top of the Post/Reply/Edit dialog box like this.

Okay you are using Lightroom-Classic v9.4

So, if you are 'happy' with sharing photos in a Web link to anyone, then 'Exporting' of files from Classic is not needed.

All you need to do is create a Standard COLLECTION in Lr-Classic and mark it to 'Sync'. Set LrC to Sync from the Cloud icon.

You can 'Sync' thousands of photos this way from Lr-Classic.

The files synced to the web will have a 'long edge' pixel dimension of 2560 pixels. If you allow downloads, anyone given a link by you, can download JPGs of the 2560px files.

Sorry, but I am completely 'off track' with my post.

I have been talking about syncing files to the Adobe ecosystem, and this is done as per my post above.

You are wanting a gallery in 'Weebly', for which I have no knowledge.

Perhaps 'Weebly' has a forum that can help with your 'FTP server' problem.

No. This has nothihng to do with Weebly.

I was probably mistaken. I THOUGHT I could upload a viewable gallery or a Lightroom collection to the Adobe cloud and link to it.

I was able to collect a gallery that looked like the attached image.  Lightroom assembled it and offered me the option of exporting or uploading.

Lightroom offered me an option to put it on my desktop or to UPLOAD. But when I hit upload LIGHTROOM told me that my ftp server was a problem. LIGHTROOM TOLD ME THAT. not Weebly. Weebly is easy. Lightroom is not. So I have not been able to upload this stuff into Adobe cloud. Which was what I thought I could do. But obviously I cannot. Because I don't know what LIGHTROOM is talking about when it refers to an FTP SERVER. It's been years since I used one. I wouldn't know how anymore.Screen Shot 2020-09-06 at 4.21.35 PM.png

Now I get the 'Picture'! (I am slow 😞  )

You have been creating a web Gallery in the WEB Module of Lr-Classic.

The index.HTML is a Web page that YOU would upload to your own private website that you operate.

"It's been years since I used one."- suggests you do not have a 'private' website.

Do NOT use the Lr Web Module if you want your synced photos in the Adobe Cloud ecosystem of {adobe.lightroom.com}, or to be able to view, edit,  remotely with the Lightroom-Mobile apps, or share to friends with a link.

So my post above -Sep 7, is still relevant. And the suggestions in your help from Laurie.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
