The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

If I am correct you are using LR version 6.14, and there are no further updates available for this version.

If the suggestions above from Axel fail, you may need to consider a subscription version.

But like you and others perhaps, I resisted this for as long as possible .. .. ..
