la fonction B ne marche pas

Bonjour à tous, j espere vous et vos familles vont bien..

je demande votre support car depuis quelques semaines la touche b qui sert de base ajouter les photos dans la liste rapide, ne marche pas et le logiciel me donne l erreur que vous voyez à l ecran... tout est a jour et je ne sais pas comment resoudre et c est dommage parceque cette methode de triage je l aime bien...merci et bonne soiree
