Bonjour, j'ai téléchargé lightroom sur un nouvel ordinateur, changement d'ordi, donc j'utilise la même licence que sur l'ancien ordi mais que j'ai désactivé . L'installation s'est à priori bien passée mais je ne peux plus importer de fichier NEF (de mon Nikon D500, aucun problème sur le lightroom installé sur mon ancien ordi). J'ai mis à jour lightroom et téléchargé camera raw 13.1. Mais le problème est toujours là. Que dois-je faire? Merci pour votre aide.

(Version lightroom 6.0 et windows 10)

You stated LR v6.0.

And a Nikon D500

You need at least LR v6.5

 

Might as well update to v6.14 while you are at it ( that is six dot fourteen)
