My LR will not load...it appears on the screen, then when you click anywhere it just spins and never opens. I had this happen several months ago and after 10 calls with Adobe techs, it started working. Is it me again or is there an issue with the number of users or another technical issue?

LATEST
Graphics Processor Info:
DirectX: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (26.21.14.3602)

So v436.02. Out of date, currently listed at NVIDIA is v445.75

You should have a NVIDIA utility called GeForce Experiance, use it to verify and update your GPU driver. When you do so, select Custom, as to accomplish a clean install.

GPU drivers are a common issue in LRC.
