Lighroom 5 stand alone version

I was running LR 5 stand alone version on win 8.1.        Had to refress my computer and lost all apps there were installed after purchase.   

I have backups of my catalogue and all my photos, but I can't find the disk,.     I think I might have upgraded from V.3 via download ..... I really don't remember it's been so long.     It does not appear under my  current Adobe Login "purchases" because it's under an old comcast email address I no longer have.      So I can't access it there.   (all I could find was my LR 2 receipt from 2012)

Now retired and living off SS, I can't afford a yearly subscription to the cloud;  and most often I am usingn it offline anyhow.   Is there anyway I can just get an old stand alone version?      Will my lightroom 5 backups work with newer versions?         Does anyone have any suggestions?
