Lightroom 1.4 crashing on startup

Lightroom 1.4? That is ancient! Lightroom desktop is at 3.2.1 now, and Lightroom Classic is at version 9.2.1...

Sorry that Lightroom is crashing on your computer running Windows 10.

Would you mind sharing the report from Help>System info menu in Lightroom?

Does the app crashes while syncing images to the cloud or while syncing folders? Please explain the issue in a bit more detail so that we can help better.
