lightroom 5.7

I want to install my Lightroom 5.7. on a new computer. I have my serial number but I can't find my order in my Adobe account. Therefore I cannot follow the instructions for download older apps. Any idea how to proceed?

"new computer"? If it is a Mac with OS Catalina or Big Sur- you will not be able to install v5.7
