Please post your system information as Lightroom Classic reports it.

In Lightroom click on Help, then click on System Info, then click on Copy.

Paste that information into your reply.

Lightroom 6.14 is NOT Lightroom Classic. It is the last standalone version of Lightroom, and is quite out of date. What is the actual version of Lightroom installed on your computer? When we have that information then perhaps someone will be able to provide assistance.

So, OS is Windows 10, but Lightroom v6.14 is using OpenGL instead of DirectX. If you had Lightroom Classic, currently v9.2, this would be a huge issue to be fixed, should be DirectX 12.

GPU is a NVIDIA  GeForce RTX 2060 Super with driver v442.50. A very new GPU with capabilities that Lightroom v6.14 will not take advantage if, so GPU is fine.

Your GPU driver v442.50 is slightly out of date, latest is v445.75. When you use the NVIDIA GeForce Experiance utility to update your driver, select Custom, as to accomplish a clean install.

As for GPU troubleshooting, and I am thinking about that OpenGL issue, see the following link, I have some concern that this may or may not apply to old v6.14

In the develop module, are you doing lots of local adjustments (spot healing and/or brushing)?

What size is your monitor, in pixels? What size are your images, in pixels?

In Lightroom, in Preferences, under Performance, the opttion to leverage your GPU. In v6.14, that option was fairly useless, and generaly accomplished nothing for non 4K displays. In fact, even now, use GPU on v9.12 can make things worse for non  4K and beyond.

Now days that is not so much an issue with brand spanking new super GPUs like yours, but that copy of v6.14? If on, turn off.

Lightroom v6.14 was the end of stand alone Lightroom. Adobe no longer sells a stand alone version. Their will never be any new updates to Lightroom v6 .
