is it true that A. Lightroom classic 6, bought in 2015, doesn't run/work anymore on the last macOS Catalina version? coudl it be possilbe to upgrade to the last lightroom withotu paying the plan but just one time?

Lightroom 6 does work on Catalina. Many people report that. However, the installer doesn't work and so if you have to re-install (or a new install on a new computer), you won't be able to.

 

The only newer versions (which don't have the above issue) are subscription.

No. There isn'st any update/upgrade for Lightroom 6 (and also for all older perpetual Lightroom versions) available.

You must subscribed a plan (for ex. the Photogaphy Plan) for the recent version that's woorks with Catalina.
