Lightroom CC 10.0 cloud sync can not be started

For some reasons I don't have the start/stop option for cloud sync any more.

The menu above the Navigator shows Adress search and Face Detection to be acticated or deactivated but not the cloud sync.

Any ideas were to activate it?

Cloud Sync has its own tab on the top right corner now. I did not find it and no documentation. sorry.
