Is it an older import you are trying to use it on? Make sure to check if a process update is needed - look for the small "flash" symbol below the histogram.

As F McLion mentioned, your photo is probbaly uisng an older Process Version (PV). Below screenshots show the flash symbol mentioned. If you mouse-click on same, you can convert the image or images in filmstrip to the latest PV.
