Lightroom classic 9.2.1 on iMac is so slow

Hi, 

I work since a long time with Lightroom Classic on my iMac. I don't know why but Lightroom is suddenly so slow when I want to edit my pictures! Everything is up to date, Lightroom 9.2.1 and Camera Raw 12.2.1 and macOS Catalina 10.15.4. I booted up again my computer and checked if all software is up to date. Never had this problem, everything always worked so fine. Is there a problem with the latest Lightroom update? Thanks in advance, David
