lightroom classic app not opening

hello, 

When I click on "Open Lightroom Classic" ( the blue button on the creative cloud), nothing happens. 

It is my first time since the software is now useless for permanent licence. 

What can i do  ?

Did LrC crash last time? Have you checked for a Lock file?

Please tell us more about your operating system and version, the software and version. Please use EXACT version numbers. "Latest version" does not tell us that you really have the latest version and will no more be true at the next version level.
