Hi,
I am trying to launch adobe lightroom. but get error shown in this support document
I have creative cloud installed and at latest version (5.3.1.470), logged in
Lightroom Classic is latest version. I can't tell what version it is but I updated it since I was having this issue.
I have Windows 10 and if you're reading this, I am connected to the internet.
Lightroom Classic worked for a long time on this computer without issue
Photoshop (v22.1) launches without issue
There has been no change to any network hardware or software
Please assist
Temporarily disabling my DNS sinkhole (Pi-hole) resolved this issue.
I guess you look like an advertisement.
I hope this helps anyone in the same situation. Issue resolved

Sure enough, it was the Pi-Hole for me, as well. Odd that the content got flagged, but it may be from the "We'll use your data to improve our product" prompt that comes up on first launch.
