Lightroom Classic Can't Verify Subscription Status

Hi,

I am trying to launch adobe lightroom. but get error shown in this support document

I have creative cloud installed and at latest version (5.3.1.470), logged in

Lightroom Classic is latest version. I can't tell what version it is but I updated it since I was having this issue.

 

I have Windows 10 and if you're reading this, I am connected to the internet.

Lightroom Classic worked for a long time on this computer without issue

Photoshop (v22.1) launches without issue

There has been no change to any network hardware or software

Temporarily disabling my DNS sinkhole (Pi-hole) resolved this issue. I guess you look like an advertisement. I hope this helps anyone in the same situation. Issue resolved
