Instead of taking a photograph of your monitor, take a screenshot. Hard to tell what is on monitor as opposed to reflections, and other oddities resultant from your method.

First, try disabling GPU in the preferences (Preformance). Any better?
If not, recalibrate and build a new ICC profile, the old one might be corrupted.
If you are using software/hardware for this task, be sure the software is set to build a matrix not LUT profile, Version 2 not Version 4 profile.

Die Datei wurde nicht gefunden = The file could not be found.

All your thumbnails have exclamation marks on them, and the folders have question marks.

This means that the folders and files are not in the location where Lightroom expects to find them.

So you have either moved or renamed them outside of Lightroom, or they reside on a disk (F) that its not connected.

Another possibility is that the F drive has changed to another drive letter, maybe E or G. Drive letters can change. because any drive you plug in will use the first available letter in the alphabet, even if that letter was previously used for a different drive.

To avoid this, assign drive letters at the end of the alphabet, like Z or W.

https://www.google.com/search?client=opera&q=how+to+assign+drive+letter+windows+10&sourceid=opera&ie...

To fix the current problem, first make sure that the drive is connected. If it is connected, right click the F drive in the folders panel, choose Update folder location, and navigate to the drive that contains the folders.

"IF" turning off the option to use the GPU in LrC does not fix your Screen Problems then you have a computer hardware problem.
