Lightroom Classic cannot syncronize with Lightroom

I've got LRC with latest update and want to syncronize photos with LR CC. According to help found on ADOBE web page then clicking on my name in LRC should display an option to sync an option to sync with LR CC.  This option doesn't excist - I only have two options : Address Lookup and Face Detection.
It is the same on both my desktop and my laptop.
I need this to work, so please provide a solution.

I believe that I've found the answer / solutin as it seems that the sync control has been moved to the cloud symbol in the upper right hand corner.
