Hi,

Lightroom Classic 7.4 was released today and should address this issue.  Please update your Lightroom to the latest version and let us know if you continue to see the issue. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks,
Smit Keniya

The crop tool doesn't work at all but the pull down tool shows the crop matrix on the photo but can't crop.  This is a serious problem.  I can't edit my photos right now.

I kindly recommend that you create a brand new posting of your issue. While the above posting is not listed as being solved, it is a good three years old and things have moved on.

Also, many members might ignore new reply's in old postings.

When you do, should you choose to do it, please include some mote info

  • Adobe program name and version
  • Operating System name and version or build
  • Amount of RAM
  • GPU make/model, and Driver version
  • Amount of VRAM
  • Weather you are or are not selecting to use graphics processor
  • Any screenshot(s) you think might help

Experience in the community has shown this approach works better.

Oh, and recently, actual Adobe Techs have started replying to some posts, a new post might attract them into helping.

And a good way to include much of that system info is to open LrC, click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
