I migrated everything over from my old MacBook Pro 2015 and my new Mac cannot locate my Lightroom Classic library. Should I manually copy my library from old machine and load onto new machine? Thanks.

Yes, of course. If you don't copy over the catalog, then obviously Lightroom can't find it on the new machine... You normally have to copy over more than that: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-move-lightroom-to-new-computer/

If you migrated everything however, then the catalog should have been copied over already. It may just be a matter of letting Lightroom know where it is.
