Hallo

I have installed Lighroom classic but I have to log in to start the program and that does not work when not connected to the internet. But that is not what I want - I want to work with it also without internet. What do I have to do?

Thank you for your help

Eva

Bring up your copy of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App

Sign in, and do not sign out. Signing out deactivates the Adobe Creative Cloud Apps on your computer.

The Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App is used for:

  • Installing Apps (Photoshop, Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Bridge, etc)
  • Activating Apps (sign in)
  • Deactivating App (sign out)
  • Accredidating Apps (have you paid?)
  • Authenticating Apps
  • Updating/Upgrading Apps
  • Removing Apps
  • Find images in Adobe Stock
  • Use the Activity Stream to view all your interactions with Creative Cloud
  • Sync and share files
  • Find design assets within the app
  • Add fonts from Typekit
  • Share and discover with Behance

It's as GoldingD advises, you can work while you are not connected to the internet but you will need to reconnect every 30 days so a check can be made to see if your subscription is up to date.
