I am having a sunset reproduced on a piece of glass at 21.5" x 27.5". The photo was taken in RAW format and I need to export it to a JPEG at a minimum of 2160 x 2880px. I set those parameters with a resolution of 300 in the LR export module, but when I check the file before uploading is shows 2160 x 1440px. This is not acceptable to the company for a high quality print (they say it's too small). I don't export much to print so I'm looking for any guidance. Thanks

What happens if you choose Long Edge and 2880 pixels under Image sizing in the Export dialog?
What are the pixel dimensions of the raw file?
You can find the dimensions in the Metadata panel in Library.
If you have cropped the image in Lightroom, please state the cropped dimensions.

You have two issues that need to be fixed.
1) Raw file needs to be cropped using the glass aspect ratio. In the Crop panel select 'Custom' in the dropdown menu and enter 21.5 x 27.5. Position the crop on the raw file to the desired area to be printed.
2) In the Export module enter the below values, which will produce a 300 dpi resolution file.
