Lightroom Classic refuses to open. HELP!

I've been trying to open Lightroom but every time I try it says "sorry and error occurred," and asks if I want to send the report. I have sent the report twice, but I'm having no luck. 

 

I have uninstalled the application and done the troubleshooting methods that I've found online, still nothing.

 

What should I do?

Is this a brand new installation, or did you have a working copy previously?

Anche io ho lo stesso problema...dopo le vacanze si rifiuta di aprirsi. Non si apre neanche il resoconto della chiusura inattesa.

Please please post your own discussion. Your rig may be completely different fro the OP, problem/solution may be completely different.

 

When you create your post, include more info. At the very least computer operating system name and version, Lightroom Classic version.

 

State, if this is a first time install of LrC, or an update. 

 

Include what steps, such as resetting the preference file, you have taken.
