Lightroom Classic stürzt seit Update ab

Liebe Adobe-Community,

 

seit ich heute das aktuelle Update installiert habe stürzt Lightroom nach dem Start ab. Ohne auch nur einen Klick machen zu können kommt das Drehrad von Apple. Vor dem Update lief die Software problemlos. Da das MacBookPro nur wenige Monate alt ist kann es nicht an der Hardware liegen.

 

Ich hoffe da lässt sich schnell eine Lösung finden. Ich bin auf die Software angewiesen.

Hallo Daniel,

Versuche zuerst LrC mit gedrückt gehaltener Opt Taste zu starten um den aktuellen Katalog zu prüfen und/oder testweise mal einen neuen Katalog zu erstellen.

Hast Du mal versucht LrC zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren?

Keine Angst, deine Daen bleiben davon unberührt.

Du hast also LrC 10, und was ist die version des MacOS?

Hey, vielen Dank für deine schnelle Antwort. Ich habe mal meine Systemeinstellungen beigefügt als Foto. Installation und Deinstallation sowie Rechner neu starten hatte ich bereits mehrfach probiert ohne Erfolg. Da ich dringend an einigen Projekten arbeiten musste habe ich mir noch einmal die Version 9.4 installiert. Diese hat auch Probleme gemacht (schwarzer Bildschirm, eigene Presets mit Fehlermeldung etc.) aber läuft ausreichend. Leider ist der Stand einer halben Arbeitswoche durch das Downgrade verloren gegangen.

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

If Lightroom doesn't start correctly the please see "Solution 2" in the document behind the second link.

 

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment.

  • Which operating system do you use?
  • Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.

 

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message or an screenshot.

Hello, thank you for the quick response. I have tried both solutions and still Lightroom Classic v10.0 crashes immediately after starting and you cannot work with it.

Hey,

 

hab alle Vorschläge wie beschrieben ausprobiert und auch gerade noch einmal die Software deinstalliert und neu anschließend neu installiert. Leider ohne Verbesserung. Zumindest kann ich nun die Bilder bearbeiten (wenn auch sehr langsam) aber sobald ich eines meiner Presets oder der gekauften Presets anwenden möchte stürzt Lightroom vollständig ab. Ich gehe also davon aus, dass es etwas mit den Presets zu tun hat. Vielleicht habt ihr ja noch einen Tipp.

Noch ein kurzer Nachtrag: Ich habe nun meine Presets mal alle gelöscht und danach konnte ich nahezu ohne Probleme arbeiten. Sobald ich ein neues Preset anlegen wollte zum Test stürzte Lightroom wieder ab.
