Lightroom Classic still shows my old phone (with photos I took with my new phone) as a synced device

Hi!

So, I have a problem and I can't seem to find the solution on Google or in this community.

I use Lightroom mobile to import my photos into Lightroom Classic on my computer. It's all synced. A couple of weeks ago I got a new phone. So on my old phone, I first 'told' (sorry, English isn't my native language) Lightroom Mobile not to sync the photos on that phone anymore (I did the same on my iPad because of doubles and that worked) and later deleted the app. I installed it on my new phone and I thought all was well. I was wrong.

On the left side in Lightroom Classic under folders you can see your (Lightroom Mobile) synced devices. It stills shows my iPad, although I disconnected it, but no photos appear which is fine to me. But now it shows two iPhones and I can't seem to delete my old phone. The strangest thing: it still shows photos on that phone which I captured on my new phone (and those photos don't appear under the new phone). So it's a bit of a hassle now, because I have to import from two phones, although I only have one phone I take pictures with. I really don't understand why this is happening and I really hope someone can help me.

What I'd like: completely delete my old phone from the synced devices in Lightroom Classic. Or at least: no photos in that folder. So I only have to import my photos from one device through Lightroom Mobile.

Thanks in advance!

In LrC once a device (Phone) has synced image to the Web system and down to LrC that device will always show.

Remove the images from LrC and the web or move the images to the new phone and resync and then you should be able to remove the reference to the older phone.

Yeah sometimes LrC get confused and can show the same device more than once. But try my first suggestion first.
