Lightroom Classic user profiles not showing up

I have created a new user profile in Adobe raw and expected it to show up in LrC. It hasn't in fact none of the user profiles I previously created are showing up. What's going wrong? Any help appreciated, thank you 🙂

Have you restarted LR?  New creative profiles won't show up until LR restarts.
