Try disabling GPU Acceleration in Preferences> Performance tab. If that doesn't help you should also try resetting Preferences as decribed in Method 1 at https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

If resetting preferences doesn't fix the issue, then best submit a report on Lightroom Classic Feedback forum as it is more likely to be spotted by Adobe QE or Engineering staff https://feedback.photoshop.com/topics/lightroom-classic/5f5f2093785c1f1e6cc40872

Could be depending upon your OS.

And in v10, Adobe may have gotten stricter on GPU acceptance.

Similar issue for a member running Windows OS v7.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

LATEST

This is at least the second member with that GPU, with LrC v10, with Windows, although other member is Windows 7.

Recommend that you post your problem over at the official Adobe Feedback site, where actual Adobe Techs reside.

https://feedback.photoshop.com/topics/lightroom-classic/5f5f2093785c1f1e6cc40872?cType=PROBLEM&page=...

Also ask, that when you do so, include a link to it in your problem, in this community page (reply)
