Lightroom Classic .xmp Presets

after the reinstallation of lightroom, all of my user presets (.xmp) are cleared. is it possible to create preset files from the existing catalog files?

Have you searched for  them on your hard drive? Lightroom would not remove them from your computer. If you have your previous version you can open that and locate your presets  in your Preferences > Presets >  Show All Other  Lightroom Presets. You can navigate to this folder and copy  them to the settings folder of the new catalog. Check > Store Presets with this catalog.
