Lightroom crashing after update WINDOWS

I was having import issues before I updated. (ALL selected images would not finish importing) So i went ahead and updated lightroom and now my whole PC crashes. I go to restart my computer and the RESTART cycle goes for 10+ minutes (never really restarts). I have been forced to shut down (force shutdown) more than 5 times and its become very annoying. Lightroom still does not import all photos and stays "importing" after 14 uploaded images.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Past that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
