Hi everyone, I am new to lightroom and photoshop but I have read through the community support pages but cant seem to fix the issue..
When I import photos to lightroom, they are under exposed by maybe 3 stops. This goes for both raw and jpeg files on all three my cameras (canon 600d, fujifilm x-e3 and nikon d7500, Ive tried the presets for all these cameras and all give me the same underexposed images. When I open these exact same images on other editors such as photscape x pro and gimp, they are perfect! All exposure, focal lenght ext register exactly the same through all programs.
Ive tried just about everything, even updating/re installing display driver, lightroom the works, but no go.
Computer is a I5 Hp laptop with secondary samsung 24" curved monitor..
I have also saved my own preset to where the exposure is correct in lightroom, but when I export it is overexposed again by about 3 stops....
Any help will be appreciated
Thank you
Solved!
I do all my editing on the secondary curved monitor, decided to remove all elements of the monitor, drivers the lot and reinstalled with a different samsung colour profile I found on samsung's website.. Once installed, PERFECT!
Hope this can help anyone else having this issue!
