Lightroom edit in photoshop not opening picture.

Hi I am using the following version of lightroom classic cc2019 8.4.1 with camera raw 11.4.1 and Photoshop cc2019 20.0.7.

If i got a photo in lightroom and I right click on the photo and selection edit image in photoshop and select with lightroom setting.

It open photoshop and automaticly open the file window and dont import the image into photoshop.

I was wondering how do I fixed it?
