What GPU? What version NUMBER of Lightroom Classic (or is it Lightroom)? What version NUMBER of your operating system?

I see you have selected Custom, what happens in Auto?

Assuming your computer is a desktop with a capable power supply, and does not have a low voltage CPU.

Do that with LrC closed. What appears in use Graphics Processor may improve after that.
