I use Lightroom Classic, got a NAS for backup and also 1 external SSD drive for my catalogue and ALL my photos.
My macbook drive is saturated, (got only 40go free out of 500 go) because some adobe file are stored on a directory on the root of the data volume of my drive.
Application : 35 go
Documents : 50 go
Icloudrive : 1 go
Mail : 3go
Music 1go
Systeme 712 mo
AND OTHER 351 GO
So i tried to know what are these 351 go on "other" and finally identified about 290 go of these 351 go that are adobe files.
here is a copy of terminal :
