Lightroom Installing issue

Hi!

I've tried several times to install Lightroom CC on my PC, and every time I do this, the installation starts, and is "frozen" at "choosing language and features".

I run the "Task Manager" and don't see any issues or bugs, but after 10 minutes, everything remains the same-and I have to abort the installation.

Any ideas that may explain my problem?

Please state the version NUMBER of Lightroom (thanks to Adobe's confusin naming there is no longer any software named "Lightroom CC") and the version NUMBER of your operating system. Do not use words like "latest" or "up-to-date". Also, please state if your operating system is 32bit or 64bit.
