Lightroom mobile vs Desktop (Mac catalina)

Hello,

It is impossible to synchronise my photo on my mobile (Android 9) and Lightroom V4.4.2

When I click on the cloud on my photo, it indicates 1878 uplaod ongoing...but I try all day and night it is block all time on same numbers and does not start any upload.

On my phone I have 6719 photos and 1878 upload ongoing. On my IPad and MAC Book with CVatalina I have 4862 photos and about upload, nothing (it says Synchronised and saved).

Can you please help me?
