Hi All,
Would ayone be able to help tell me why LR isn't responding when I try to export files? I'm on the Mac 16 inch pro and both it and LR updates are up to date. I have optimized catalogue. I am having zero luck and spent 1 hour and 24 minutes on the phone today trying to connect to adobe only to have it cut out! Its giving me the spinning wheel of death even trying to load previews in LR Library.

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment.
Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.
Do you get an error message? If yes, please posrt the exact message or an screenshot.
