Lightroom not showing previews and other issues

Since upgrading to the latest version of Lightroom classic, this happens.  I have turned off use graphics processor in camera RAW as I've had issues in the past with that but it's still not working.  It's not just this issue, everything seems to be running really slowly.  Photoshop and other apps are running fine.

Yeah, that looks intolerably slow. Try rolling back to LR 10.0:

Going back to 10.0 has helped numerous Mac users experiencing severe slowth, but there are few such reports from Windows users.  But give it a try -- you won't lose any data.
