Lightroom on the new computer

Hi I need to know how to deactivate lightroom on computer that is broken and I can not open it. I ve just installed lightroom on the new one and there is message that I cant use it before I deactivate that one on the old computer.

Which version of Lightroom do you use? As far as I interpret your posting, I think you're on Lightroom 6.

In this case you have to contact the Adobe support. This is the only way to reset your activations.

If you're on CC goto to your Adobe account and to "Manage account" in the "My plans" section. Scroll down and you'll see all activates devices. There you can also deactivate the appropriate device.
