Lightroom open as layers in photoshop doesnt work.

Hi. 

 I have imac. Open as layers does not work. One time it does , but next time it does not. When I choose like 4 pic , but it will  but only put 3 as layers and 1  is empty ( loading layer ) and nothing comes. it will separately puts 1 pic into a nother window. 

What to do? Cant do work and client are waiting :S 😞
